1. Operator and agreement
LekkoGo is provided by , referred to below as "LekkoGo", "we" or "us".
By creating an account or using LekkoGo, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service.
- Do not share a password, one-time code, provider token or recovery link with anyone.
- Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You may sign in using email, Sign in with Apple or Google. The provider's own terms also apply to that provider service.
Technical requirements and risks
You need a compatible iOS or Android device, a supported app version and an internet connection. Camera or photo-library permission is required only when you choose the related scan or image feature. Current operating-system compatibility is shown in the store listing. Internet interruptions, outdated software, compromised devices or sign-in methods, and incorrect AI results are particular risks of using the service. Keep the device and app updated, protect your sign-in method and review every estimate. LekkoGo does not install software unrelated to the functions you request.
3. What LekkoGo provides
LekkoGo is a personal food and calorie-tracking tool. Depending on your version, country and plan, it can provide:
- manual meal and portion entry;
- meal-photo analysis with visible-food and portion estimates;
- calorie and macronutrient calculations based on a reviewed nutrition catalogue;
- a Meal Calculator that proposes ingredient gram amounts for a selected calorie target;
- quick Polish and Italian-style recipe ideas designed for approximately 10 to 20 minutes;
- daily goals, diary totals and progress records;
- data export and permanent in-app account deletion.
Features, supported foods, free usage limits and Premium usage limits may evolve. We will not reduce a paid feature during an already-paid period without providing the rights required by applicable consumer law.
Digital-service conformity and updates
If you are a consumer, LekkoGo remains responsible for providing its digital service in conformity with the contract and for supplying security or other updates required by law. If the service is not in conformity, you may request that it be brought into conformity and, where the legal conditions apply, exercise rights such as a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Nothing in these terms limits those mandatory remedies.
AI and user confirmation
AI helps identify visible foods or normalize ingredient names. It does not directly determine the final nutrition value. LekkoGo calculates calories and macronutrients from verified catalogue records. You must review food identity, preparation state, portion size and allergens before saving or using a result.
Photos cannot reliably reveal every ingredient, hidden fat, sauce, preparation method or allergen. LekkoGo may ask a clarification question or recommend manual entry when a reliable estimate is not possible.
4. Nutrition and health disclaimer
- Do not use LekkoGo in a medical emergency. Contact the appropriate emergency service.
- Calorie, macro, portion, progress and recipe values are informational estimates and can be wrong.
- Do not use LekkoGo as the only basis for a medical, allergy, pregnancy, eating-disorder, medication or emergency decision.
- If you have a medical condition, special diet, food allergy, pregnancy, are breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, are underweight, take medication or plan a significant diet or weight change, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- Recipes and AI results do not guarantee that a food is free from an allergen or suitable for a religious, ethical or medical diet.
- Do not use an AI result to calculate a medication or insulin dose or to make a treatment decision.
- Stop using a recommendation if it appears unsafe or inconsistent with professional advice.
You remain responsible for food choice, preparation, storage, hygiene, allergen checks and actual portion measurement.
5. Free use and Premium subscriptions
LekkoGo may offer limited free use and a paid Premium subscription. Premium can include higher AI usage limits and other features shown on the paywall. The paywall and store purchase sheet describe the current entitlement before you buy.
Plans and prices
The approved Poland base prices are 17.99 PLN per month and 119 PLN per year. Prices in other countries may be higher or lower because of local store tiers, currency, taxes or market settings. The final price, billing period and any trial or offer shown by Apple App Store or Google Play immediately before purchase control your transaction.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account after confirmation.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the relevant store before the current billing period ends.
- Deleting the LekkoGo app or account does not cancel a store subscription and does not create an automatic refund.
- After cancellation, Premium normally remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to store rules.
- Refund and statutory withdrawal requests are handled under applicable law and the relevant store process. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Subscription management links are available from LekkoGo Profile and from your Apple or Google account settings. If a store changes a price, it will request any consent required by its rules and applicable law.
Consumer withdrawal rights
For a Polish consumer, the statutory period to withdraw from a distance contract is normally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to legal exceptions. Any exception for a digital service that starts immediately applies only when the legal conditions and required statements are satisfied. Apple or Google may operate the purchase and refund workflow, but these terms do not waive mandatory rights you have against LekkoGo or the store.
Restoring access
Use Restore purchases when Premium is missing after reinstalling the app or changing device. The same store account and the correct LekkoGo account may be required. Contact support if restoration does not work.
6. Acceptable use
You may use LekkoGo for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
- upload a photo that you do not have the right to use;
- upload faces, identity documents, private communications, illegal content or content unrelated to meal estimation;
- try to access another person's account, meal photos, subscription or data;
- probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, quotas, security controls, purchase checks or API limits;
- use automated scripts, scraping or bulk access without written permission;
- reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use LekkoGo to provide medical diagnosis, emergency advice or another regulated service without the required authority;
- misrepresent AI estimates as certified measurements.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or prevent harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
7. Availability, changes and ending the service
We aim to keep LekkoGo available and secure, but internet, store, device, AI-provider and maintenance issues can interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update features, supported devices, nutrition records, usage limits or these terms to improve safety, comply with law or operate the service. We will provide notice where a change materially affects your rights or paid service. If required by law, you may have a right to terminate before a material change takes effect.
You can stop using LekkoGo at any time. You can permanently delete your account in Profile, then Privacy and your data, or use the external account-deletion page. Manage any active store subscription separately.
If LekkoGo permanently ends a paid service, we will handle existing subscriptions in accordance with store rules and mandatory consumer law.
8. Intellectual property and responsibility
LekkoGo software, design, brand, original text and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. Nutrition and recipe sources may be subject to their own attribution and licence terms. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app as intended.
You retain rights in the photos and information you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, display and delete that content solely to provide, secure and improve the LekkoGo service as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LekkoGo is not responsible for an indirect loss or a loss caused by inaccurate user input, ignored warnings, unavailable third-party services, misuse of an estimate or a decision that should have been made with a qualified professional. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury caused by our fault, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law, complaints and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable procedural and consumer law.
To make a complaint, email and describe the problem, device platform, app version and the result you request. Do not send your password or unnecessary health information. We will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it, on a durable medium such as email, unless a different mandatory period applies.
