Permanently delete your LekkoGo account

Use the in-app control for the fastest deletion, or send a verified request if you can no longer access the app.

Delete inside LekkoGo

  1. Open LekkoGo and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Choose Privacy and your data.
  4. If you want a copy first, choose Create data file and download it.
  5. Choose Delete my account.
  6. Read the confirmation and complete any recent sign-in check requested by Apple, Google or email authentication.

Deletion is permanent. LekkoGo does not offer temporary account deactivation.

If you cannot access the app

Send an account-deletion request to from the email address associated with the account where possible.

Include only:

  • the email address used for LekkoGo;
  • whether you used email, Apple or Google to sign in;
  • a clear request to permanently delete the account.

We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the account before deletion. We will never ask for your password, one-time code, Apple or Google token, full payment details or a meal photo.

Protect your account. Send only the information listed above. Support will use a proportionate verification step and will not ask for a password, one-time code, provider token, payment details or meal photo.

What deletion removes

After ownership is verified and deletion is completed, LekkoGo removes the account and associated application data, including:

  • profile, body measurements, nutrition targets and preferences;
  • meal diary entries, saved recipes, progress and saved AI results;
  • private meal photos and related scan records held by LekkoGo;
  • the separate LekkoGo customer record used by RevenueCat to manage Premium entitlement.

Deleted database records may remain in a protected daily backup for up to 7 days unless law requires longer retention. Private meal-photo bytes are not included in that backup. Apple and Google keep their own store transaction and account records under their policies. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention explanation.

Cancel a subscription separately

Account deletion does not cancel or refund an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. The store controls billing, so cancel there before or after deleting your LekkoGo account.

Before you delete

  • Create and download a data export if you want to keep a copy.
  • Cancel an active Apple or Google subscription separately.
  • Make sure you are deleting the intended LekkoGo account.
  • Wait for the export to finish before starting deletion.
